We understand that getting married can quickly become quite stressful and there's a lot of money being spent too!
It is so important that you have suppliers that you can trust and rely on. A good place to start is to have all the info you need: we have tried to pop all this info below for you.
Our Company House info
At the beginning of 2025 the original business was split and a new brand was formed- now known as HOT Florals. This business was bought by a company known as To Hold Events who also run the beautiful Sir John Moore Foundation at Appleby Magna. We have attached a link to the Company House Info Page.

Public Liability
Your wedding will most likely ask for all your suppliers Public Liability Insurance. They may also ask for it to cover upto a certain sum of money. Our insurance will cover all wedding venues expectations at £5,000,000.

PAT Testing
Usually you have booked an item that will involve a plug! If there are electrical goods being used and plugged in at your wedding venue, your venue will expect copies of your suppliers PAT Testing Certificates.

Terms and Conditions
When you pay your deposit you agree to the attached terms and conditions. It is important that you do have a good read of these, especially when you are paying a lot of money!
We are aware some of our couples have moved to us from the previously named company. The terms and conditions you originally signed up for apply and still can be viewed via the old page. The new version attached here are the same anyway, just with an updated name change!
